The challenge
The approach
We rebuilt the publishing engine end to end: a relaunched e-commerce platform, the podcast series, an LLM-powered research system, and a Trend Tracker creative activation, turning two decades of archive into membership products.
The strategy was simple to say and hard to do: make the shop window as intelligent as the research behind it.
The outcome
Report sales grew 600% by both value and volume. Social audiences grew 143%. A single launch window brought 11,000 newsletter signups in 30 days. The co-founder called it the best commercial performance in the company's history.
