Teaching a futures business to publish like one

The challenge

The Future Laboratory sells trends intelligence and foresight to the world's biggest brands, but its own digital presence was trailing its reputation. World-class research was locked in formats the market had moved past, and the e-commerce experience undersold their suite of products.

The approach

We rebuilt the publishing engine end to end: a relaunched e-commerce platform, the podcast series, an LLM-powered research system, and a Trend Tracker creative activation, turning two decades of archive into membership products.

The strategy was simple to say and hard to do: make the shop window as intelligent as the research behind it.

The outcome

Report sales grew 600% by both value and volume. Social audiences grew 143%. A single launch window brought 11,000 newsletter signups in 30 days. The co-founder called it the best commercial performance in the company's history.
